At Phillip&Finnell, each piece is created with careful attention to design, presentation, and quality. Because of the nature of our products, we ask that customers review their order carefully before completing their purchase.
We currently accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your request is approved, we will provide next steps.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selected at checkout
Buyer’s remorse
Minor color variation caused by screen display differences
Normal wear, washing damage, or misuse
If an approved replacement is not available, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
